When I get to collaborate with you or your teen or child, I prioritize your need to feel supported and understood through the current struggles you have whether they are with anxiety, mood disorders, effects from trauma, or just ups and downs. I provide trauma-informed therapy, meeting you where you are at. I work at Springboard Community Services of Maryland in our Bel Air office.
