I utilize a strengths based and trauma informed approach to partner with you and walk alongside you in your struggles and healing. I offer traditional talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and other evidence-based therapy approaches.
