My ideal client is someone who is willing to show up. That’s all I ask. Be willing to show up and we can figure out the rest. Life can be hard, confusing and overwhelming. Helping clients to feel more settled and comfortable in their lives, making decisions that benefit them vs harm or hurt them is the goal of therapy.
