Over the past 15+ years, I've dedicated myself to fostering safe environments where individuals can pause, reflect and grow. Society's norms tend to pathologize neurodivergent brains. This leaves those with ADHD feeling inadequate while constraining their strengths. As someone with lived experience, I revel in the playfulness, creativity and expansive thinking of ADHD brains, and understand the pressures/challenges of living in a neurotypical world.
