Welcome! I am a woman's health therapist with a deep commitment to supporting women through their unique mental and emotional health journeys. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and validation. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore your emotions as well as identify patterns, gain insights, and work towards meaningful change. I have a special interest in working with perinatal individuals and healthcare workers and have been therapeutically supporting these populations for over 6 years.
