My professional background includes working with severely emotionally disturbed youth in the Psychiatric Residential setting who suffered from complex trauma, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. My most recent therapeutic experience includes working with individuals and couples as they navigate complex internal challenges ranging from depression, anxiety, substance abuse, communication, conflict resolution, and restoring trust. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and look forward to helping individuals, couples, and families through the therapeutic process.
