Like the Hokey Pokey, change is essential in order to "turn ourselves around." However, finding a therapist that clicks can be as problematic as finding the right shoe—it has to be the right fit, and not every therapist is a perfect match. When it comes to any type of change, even therapeutic, the greatest factor is the relationship between the therapist and the client. My practice is honest, genuine, and direct, while striving to create a comfortable and caring atmosphere.
