I work with adults who are looking to deepen their understanding of themselves, heal from past trauma including relationship distress and interpersonal violence, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and mood disorders. I also work with couples who are looking to interrupt their negative interaction cycles by working with their emotional experiences, expressing their needs, and increase safety and security in their relationships.
