Life is unpredictable and throws ups and downs at us constantly. Sometimes, we need someone to talk to, who will help us sort through these life occurrences and put them into perspective. Even if you, or someone you know, claims the problem is insignificant, it might be significant to you and you may spend a lot of time thinking about it. I want to be that listening ear you need, no matter how big or how small your ups and downs may seem. Each individual has their own unique characteristics and different life experiences. I work with my clients to understand you and how you view the world. My mission is to build a collaborative, safe, comfortable, and trusting environment.
