I am a licensed mental health clinician with nearly 20 years of working with children, adolescents and adults. My current focus is in providing counseling support to adolescents and adults who have concerns regarding depression/mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, women's health and wellness and adjustment to life transitions/events. I believe in a person centered, holistic approach that utilizes collaborative problem solving to help individuals optimize their overall physical and emotional wellness.
