As a passionate and empathetic mental health professional, I seek to provide creative, exploratory therapeutic practices to help children and adolescents flourish. I hold space for children to think, feel, explore, and make sense of their innermost worlds. I seek to enhance their brain/body connections to aid in healthy, autonomous development while healing from past traumatic experiences. My approach is very playful, child-directed, and trauma-informed. I am simply an instrument to help children unlock their unique gifts and potentials. Together, we will work towards integration of mind, body, and spirit.
