Hi, I am Bethany, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focusing on individual therapy. I offer services to address many concerns including PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, and others that we can address in session. I utilize different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Center Approaches throughout sessions. I am Certified through EMDRIA to provide EMDR therapy. My goal is to help you navigate through your life, develop the skills to be the best version of yourself and cope with daily and historical events you may be going through.
