Hi! I’m Bethany, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working with individuals ages 16 and older. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and family/relationship concerns. I often work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or deeply affected by past experiences. Many people come to therapy feeling worn down and unsure where to start, and my goal is to create a space that feels safe and supportive as we begin our work together.
