I believe that you are the expert on your experience and take a holistic approach to therapy. I work with people who are dealing with perfectionism, infertility, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, religious deconstruction and trauma. My goal is to empower my clients to practice self-compassion, lean into vulnerability, strengthen their resilience, and create a meaningful life they love. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and I am passionate about helping people learn to get out of their own heads and into their body in order to calm anxiety, feel more grounded, and regulate their nervous system.
