I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, as well as those who have faced sexual, physical, and emotional trauma. I support people who are exploring their identity or working to improve their self-esteem. Every person who walks through the door is welcome, regardless of diagnosis, background, or societal expectations about who you “should” be. This space belongs to you—not your symptoms, productivity, or anyone else’s definitions of your worth. I strive to approach this work through an anti-oppressive lens, affirming and supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, sex-positive, neurodivergent, disability etc As a trauma-informed, client-centered clinician, I meet people exactly where they are. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I’m not here to fix you; instead, I aim to walk alongside you as you uncover and reclaim the strengths and truths that already exist within you. I
