Hello, I’m Bethany, and I’m honored that you are considering sharing your story with me. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and there are seasons when challenges feel too heavy to manage on your own. My role is to listen closely, provide support, and help lighten that load. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier coping skills, and strengthen your resilience. I believe deeply in the strength of the human spirit and the unique gifts each person carries. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater balance, peace, and wellness. Our first session will be a time to get to know each other and begin building a supportive relationship. You’ll have the space to share your story while I listen with care and compassion. Together, we’ll identify the goals you’d like to work toward and begin shaping a plan for moving forward. I have early evening appointments available!
