I specialize in working with veterans, military spouses, first responders, and adults who have been impacted by trauma. Do you feel stuck in survival mode? Do you maybe feel on edge, uncertain, overwhelmed or maybe unsure of who to trust? Do you feel like trying to do it all alone and feel like you’re just always struggling and feel lost? My clients usually come to therapy when they realize maybe they need someone to just talk to. I don’t prefer the idea of someone being sold on therapy, it should feel safe, calm, and comfortable.
