There are times it feels like nothing can go right in your life. You feel like the stress of day to day life is more than you can handle. It would feel so much better if the clouds would lift and things would just go your way. You try so hard to appear as if you have it all together, but trying to juggle hiding your struggles is too much. There are a million thoughts playing in your head and you feel like no one understands. I can help by being the person in your corner. We all need someone who is our person to talk to and to help figure things out. I have a laid back personality with a sprinkle of humor. I hope to offer you a space where you feel comfortable and no judgement. Together we can sort through the chaos in your mind.
