About
As a child of immigrant parents, I grew up navigating two cultures with often conflicting values. I turned to achievement and ignored my emotions. Although this strategy carried me into adulthood, I lacked a sense of fulfillment and searched for "something more." My healing journey that included therapy, journaling and other practices allowed me to connect with myself and begin to feel authentic joy and contentment. My hope as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you access your internal strength, resiliency, and resources to heal, grow, and make meaning of your life, working toward building feelings of fulfillment and joy.
