A warm welcome from your friendly neighborhood audhd therapist based in Maryland. :) I define a therapy session as a time set aside to connect with a mental health professional with the shared intention of healing. Being a healer has come naturally to me since childhood and navigating my own healing has led me to become a social worker. During sessions, I provide you with my attention, empathy, intuition, and knowledge in order to help you live a more authentic life. I show up to sessions as my authentic self: witty, warm, transparent, and a little awkward.
