My goal is to create a space that feels safe enough for you to pause, reflect, and gently explore your story. Together, we’ll look at where you’ve come from, the adaptations you've made to survive, and how those experiences have shaped the way you move through the world today. I believe that within each of us is a core self—intact, resilient, and worth reconnecting with. I offer a compassionate, affirming space for individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship dynamics to clients across the lifespan—starting from age 13 through adulthood.
