About

I help people work through stuck patterns of interaction within themselves and their relationships to realize their desire for personal and relationship growth. Specifically I help couples, women shifting roles, struggling parents, and young adults transitioning from dependence to independence. Although this group may seem eclectic, they all have one thing in common; their ability to work through problems by learning to rely on inherent strength and self-knowledge. Drawing on my clients' unique strength, I guide them down their path to personal growth and connection, which affects not only them, but also everyone with whom they share their life.
