Hello! I’d like to help you get to the root of what’s troubling you and help you to understand yourself better. I aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to share your experience. I try to accomplish this with a warm and direct style and use humor when it’s appropriate. Utilizing an integrative approach I work with anxiety, overwhelm, burn out, stress, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD and late-recognized Autism. I cannot diagnose Autism. I also help people who are struggling with life transitions and complicated relationships.
