I primarily work with adult clients (18+), and I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, and depression, LBGTIAP2S+ experiences/exploration of identities, adjusting to changes in life, and processing recent, historical, and generational trauma. I am particularly passionate about working alongside trauma survivors of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, religious/spiritual trauma, and adult survivors of childhood abuse/neglect from parents/caregivers.
