My aim is to help you find more peace in your body, confidence in yourself, and more authenticity and choice in your day to day life. If weekly therapy is feeling like you're barely scratching the surface, it might be time for a different kind of session. I offer half day intensives that allow us to better create a container for breakthroughs and deep healing.
