I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years experience in the area of adult mental health. My approach to therapy emphasizes a genuine presence and warmth. I believe an authentic bond between client and therapist must be present before theory or technique can be effective. I believe our physical and social environment profoundly impact and shape our individual experiences of anxiety, depression and grief, and will work to honor this in the healing process. I I have interest and experience in grief work, persistent anxiety/depression, stress reduction and helping with life transitions.
