Finding the right therapist can be a challenge, and I am here to help. I work with children, teens, and adults, providing 1:1 or family therapy. Having worked with people across the lifespan, I see how therapy can be such a significant investment in your well being, and bears fruit for years to come. I enjoy working with those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, general stress and trauma. I believe strongly in providing care for the caretakers as they cope with the stress of aging parents and medically complex children.
