I help people who feel stuck and unhappy. Maybe you feel anxious or depressed; maybe you are lonely; maybe you feel uncertain about relationships or work. Perhaps your problems are new; perhaps you have been struggling for years. Maybe nobody would guess how you feel because on the outside, you seem to hold yourself together so well. But inside, you carry a heavy weight. I know it takes courage to be vulnerable and really be with difficult and complicated feelings. I am here to listen and help. Together, we will collaborate to sort through hidden barriers and patterns that prevent you from creating changes and making new choices.
