If you're a woman at one of life's turning points or just ready for change - I invite you to get in touch. My time with you will start with the idea that everyone has strengths. We can rediscover, use and build on these to find solutions to your challenges. I will be listening without judging and exploring new possibilities, goals and next steps with you. Many people find talk therapy the key to feeling well and renewed. You can learn to replace fearfulness or feeling lost and live with more meaning & contentment. We can work briefly, regularly, only as needed, or longer term. If your needs aren't being met, let's change that.
