Have an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, grief? Curious about parts within that keep you stuck? Badgered by your critic? Haunted by your inner child? Struggling with a transition? Want to achieve creative dreams, enrich relationships? My compassion comes from my struggles and clinical experience of 28 years of assisting clients. It is important for clients to feel safe enough to work through struggles, yet challenged enough to grow. My style is emphatic yet direct. I believe our past experiences reveal the strengths needed to grow and become successful. I offer individual counseling, groups/ workshops for eating disorders, women's issues and creative development.
