Our Agency provides counseling services to anyone in the community in need of mental health services, regardless of age, socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or religion. We can help with a variety of issues: stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions, to name a few. We also have a Wellness component that introduces the community to concepts of getting and staying physically and mentally healthy, avoiding risks, and addressing issues such as substance abuse. Our Wellness component also offers non-traditional means of healing: somatic movement and yoga.
