Hi, my name is Dr. Tonnette Alcide. I have diverse experience working in health psychology, hospital & prison settings, psychiatric wards & hospitals working with adolescents and adults through individual and group therapy. I use cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, psychodynamic approaches, and culturally sensitive tools. I work hard to build a strong, trusting relationship with all of my clients while getting to know their strengths and what areas will benefit from growth. I believe in tailoring treatment to the individual client, helping them change self-defeating patterns while developing more positive forms of behavior.
