I work with people who are experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships (including domestic violence), trauma (including post-traumatic stress disorder), anger or stress. Working with a neutral third party can offer you an environment--one of safety and non-judgement--in which you may feel more at ease sharing and exploring your innermost thoughts and feelings. I see us working collaboratively on whatever issue(s) and/or goal(s)you bring in. I have been working in the counseling profession for more than 10 years. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
