Are you, or someone you know, struggling with an eating disorder, negative body image, poor self esteem, lack of confidence, and/or unhealthy relationships/struggles with food and exercise? Better Living Solutions provides collaborative care by licensed mental health professionals, registered dietitians, and certified eating disorder specialists. We can provide you with a full assessment, create a treatment team based on your individual needs, and provide activity guidelines/recommendations and meal support. We also have several group therapy options and will educate you and your support team on tools that are recovery focused.
