I really enjoy doing all kinds of different types of therapy (individual, couples, family, EMDR) for all kinds of different issues (stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, divorce, blended families, grief, relationship stresses, infidelity, parenting challenges, teen issues) I help people get beyond the stuck points in their lives or their relationships, by identifying what is blocking them, discovering the source of this blockage and working together to remove it and/or lessen its effects on them. I aim to help people live more fulfilled lives, be better partners, better parents, and to learn to communicate more effectively.
