Hello fellow human being, nice to meet you! Having mental health symptoms does not mean we’re broken. They are signals that something is out of balance and needs healing. They are an adjustment to difficult life experiences that affect our inner experience and behavior. I enjoy working with the challenges and strengths of each unique individual and couple. I assist clients in growing, having a more empowered narrative about their experience, living in their healthiest, most authentic self. I am a Level 2 IFS therapist and trained in EMDR, both of which assist me in my trauma-sensitive and strength-based approach.
