I have studied extensively in the area of addictions, women's issues, Jungian Psychology, and Bowen Family Therapy. I utilize all of these ideas in my work, depending on the type of client I am working with. My approach is Rogerian, providing a safe and supportive environment, but not at the expense of my client's growth. I believe therapy is about becoming the actualized individual you were meant to be.
