I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I have been counseling for over sixteen years. I have a Master of Arts in Professional and School Counseling, and I am certified as a Psychological Examiner. I received my degree from Lindenwood University located in St. Charles Missouri. The treatment approach I will use is based on the needs of the client. For instance, if we were working with distorted thinking we could use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, for anxiety we could consider Tapping, breathing techniques and mindfulness activities.
