English | Português Through my work for non profit, public and private sectors, I have developed an unrelenting passion for helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome life's many challenges. I consider it a privilege to have treated these populations from a variety of backgrounds with an equally varied mental health conditions. I have worked with foster children, seriously mentally ill, Justice Involved adults and children couples, to name a few. Although, their problems were different, their goals were the same, to live a life filled with happiness self sufficiency and success.I have been working in an underserved community for 30 years. Betty has extensive expertise in working with adolescents, adults and families. Her strengths included coordination of care with the county, criminal justice and legal system. She is culturally sensitive and experienced working with diverse groups.
