My relational and down-to-earth approach to counseling combined with my training, knowledge, and experience allows me to provide effective outpatient, individualized, counseling services. I focus on individual strengths and needs while building and working towards treatment goals with you. I offer you a safe, judgement free environment to help you work through difficult issues. I treat a number of mental health issues and provide a neutral ground to individuals. No longer offering couples therapy.
