As a psychotherapist for more than 30 years, I have seen how people get in their own way and prevent themselves from living the lives they want. I specialize in working on the issues and conflicts between adult children and their parents. I also work with individuals who have trouble in relationships with partners, children, friends, bosses. I focus on helping people to become more comfortable with themselves and with their own thoughts and feelings and with the way others feel about them. I have a special interest in working with parenting, couple and workplace issues.
