I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each session and hold several professional credentials including: Certified EMDR Therapist & EMDR Approved Consultant, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and certified Perinatal Mental Health professional. I utilize tools from several modalities such as clinical hypnosis, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ERP, ICBT, SPACE, & Sandplay and have been highly trained in each.
