I genuinely love the work I get to do. It is an honor to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families who are hurting and see them move towards healing and wholeness. I specialize in recovery from different forms of trauma: sexual abuse, emotional abuse, child abuse, betrayal and relationship abuse or grief and loss. I integrate evidenced based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process their traumas and build a foundation for lasting change. I also offer the ability to integrate faith and spirituality into the sessions if the client desires this.
