I have come to believe that when we feel the most stressed, "stuck" or hopeless, we are living by externally or self-imposed rules, or "shoulds". I work to help clients consider ways of change that are consistent with their inner desires and needs and more free from fear of failure and the disapproval of others. As we learn to listen to our own voice and to appreciate that no one else knows better what is right for us, we begin to heal.
