About
Therapy is more than training and techniques—it's about connection, trust, and showing up as your full self. I bring not only my clinical knowledge to our work together, but also the wisdom I’ve gained from life itself—as a wife of 36 years, and a mother to two grown daughters. These roles have shaped my understanding of love, resilience, boundaries, communication, and the ups and downs that come with every stage of life. They’ve taught me that growth is rarely linear, and that humor, honesty, and compassion are essential parts of the process. Life changes, family stress, and big emotions can feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll figure out the patterns that keep you stuck and practice simple skills to manage stress, handle emotions, and feel more grounded. My goal is to give you real tools that help you feel supported, understood, and ready to move forward.
