Like many of you, my life has had many twists and turns – some of which I anticipated and many of which I did not. During times of transition, it can feel vulnerable to revisit trauma, make sense of unwanted memories, endure unexpected reactions, or live with lingering negative emotions. I’d like the opportunity to work with you during these difficult times. My approach in counseling is to include the whole-self, bringing mind, body, and spirit into the healing process. I seek to understand how our pasts impact our present as we look toward change in the future, trusting our inner wisdom to help reveal the therapeutic path forward.
