I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in the District of Columbia, Maryland & Virginia. I have over 15 years of independent clinical experience providing, private practice services, counseling services for the federal government and counseling individuals and families in non-profit and medical settings, military members and their families. I have provided psycho-education groups, professional development consultations/presentations, psychosocial assessments and multi-therapeutic counseling to clients with a variety of mental health and substance abuse disorders. I will work with you to identify your needs and build on your strengths and motivation to change. I will use various talk therapy modalities like CBT, SFBT, DBT, Narrative, etc to create an achievable plan to reach Your goals. I will be a motivator and accountability partner as YOU need it.
