I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). After completing training in 2013 at John Brown University, Siloam Springs, Arkansas, I began practicing counseling. In addition to caring for patients through MDLIVE, I have experience practicing in Inpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, School, Hospital, and private practice as a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider (BC-TMH). My strengths are in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation about the polyvagal theory and attachment theory.
