My name is Bevonna Trail, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety which may frequently manifest as overthinking, self-doubt, and burnout. I approach therapy with my clients in a structured manner setting clear goals together while remaining flexible allowing for a more open and personalized session. Understanding that each client has unique strengths and needs, I use a client-centered focus while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy approaches.
