About
I offer therapy in multiple supportive spaces, including my Glow Haven Sensory Room for those who benefit from a calming, sensory-friendly environment. My ideal clients often feel traditional therapy hasn’t fully met their needs. Many are navigating autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, developmental differences, sensory sensitivities, demand avoidance (PDA traits), trauma, anxiety, or burnout. Parents often seek support to better understand their child, reduce overwhelm, and build connection, confidence, and daily functioning. View 17 Photos I support neurodivergent children, teens, and adults with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, developmental differences, sensory sensitivities, anxiety, trauma, and burnout. Sessions may take place in a traditional therapy room or sensory-friendly space. I use sensory-based therapy, play therapy, sand tray, and regulation-focused strategies.
